Intellectual Property: a. Any teaching materials, lesson plans, or resources provided by the Teacher remain the intellectual property of the Teacher and may not be reproduced or shared without prior written consent.

Confidentiality: a. The Teacher agrees to keep all personal and private information shared by the Student confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
